Objective:

• Present the internal practices of TLAS monitoring in other VPA countries
• Present and discuss options of independent monitoring and observation for the Lao context
• Present and discuss draft Annex V on TOR for independent TLAS monitoring
• Agree on the next steps for TWG and preparing Annex V to be presented to NSDC in Feb 2022
