Training for CSO Involvement in FLEGT Development Process in Lao PDR

Objectives of the training are to:
- Understand the FLEGT process and timber supply chain of four timber sources
- Understand how the TEGs develop Timber Legality Definition (TLD)
- Be aware of use and application of the Forestry Legality Compendium in TLD development
- Learning some experiences of CSO involvement in FLEGT in other countries particularly from Indonesia and Viet Nam
- Be able for the CSO to be effectively involved in TLD development process in Lao PDR
